We found that EIF5A2 downregulation could inhibit the migration and invasion of HCT116 cells and EIF5A2 upregulation could increase the migration and invasion of SW620 cells indicating that EIF5A2 could affect the migration and invasion of CRC cells independent of HERC3 (Supplementary Fig. S10a, b). This evidence concerns the gene EIF5A2 and colorectal carcinoma.
