OXT and cancer: The GO analysis results showed that D-Hyper genes are related to the cell-cell adhesion via plasma-membrane adhesion molecules, regulation of system process, ion channel activity, RNA polymerase II regulatory region DNA binding, and growth factor binding, etc. The analysis of the KEGG pathway revealed that these genes were significantly enriched in Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, Oxytocin signaling pathway, and Pathways in cancer, etc. (Fig. 4).
