CCR7 and cervical cancer: As was shown in Fig. 2B-E, the phenotype assessment showed that TAMs in cervical cancer tissue after radiotherapy were characterized by significantly decreased expression of CD163 (p = 0.0034) and significantly increased expression of the chemokine receptor CCR7 (p = 0.0015), indicating that the increased M1/M2 ratio of TAMs was present in cervical cancer after radiotherapy.
