ACE2 and infection: 293T/ACE2 and HT1080/ACE2 cells supported high levels of SARS-CoV-2 infection, measured at approximately 8 × 106 RLU and 1.1 × 107 RLU, respectively, corresponding to 24- and 490-fold higher infection rates than were detected for the parental cell types, HEK293T and HT1080, respectively.
