GPT and Hand-foot syndrome: The most frequent AEs were proteinuria (67.9%), followed by hypertension (53.6%), hand-foot syndrome (46.4%), diarrhea (39.3%), increased alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase (28.6%), oral mucositis (28.6%), fatigue (28.6%), hypocalcemia (17.9%), and headache (14.3%).
