PTX3 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: The results revealed that sensitivity, specificity, and AUC of the combination of ALT, PTX-3, and the TyG index for diagnosing NAFLD were 90.62%, 95.31%, and 0.964, and the negative predictive value and positive predictive value increased gradually; such a combination demonstrated significantly improved diagnostic efficacy (P < 0.01) compared with that of ALT alone (Table 3).
