This analysis showed that 25(OH)D levels were inversely and significantly correlated with age, systolic BP, fasting glucose and C-peptide, G-120, G-AUC, triglycerides, and serum calcium and PTH, while no significant relationships were found with BMI, diastolic BP, duration of hypertension, alcohol intake, fasting insulin, I-AUC, HOMA index, renal function, and cholesterol levels.
