A compassionate use study of baricitinib in pediatric patients with chronic atypical neutrophilic dermatosis lipodystrophy and elevated temperature (CANDLE) and Stimulator of interferon genes (STING)-associated vasculopathy with onset in infancy (SAVI) found that estimated glomerular filtration impacted baricitinib clearance (NCT01724580, NCT02974595) [162]. This evidence concerns the gene STING1 and vascular disorder.
