Our data reveal the presence of several cancer-related pathways in this small gene set, namely, ECM interactions and cytoskeleton dynamics (ARHGAP5, CADM1, CHI3L1, ITGA6, TMOD3, ATXN1L, MYO19), metabolism and oxidative stress (SUCLA2, ME1, OSER1, SLC35B1, TTC19, SLC5A9, HCCS), proliferation signaling (CCND2, STK38, RASSF4), circadian clock (METTL14, CLOCK, KDM8), and vesicle trafficking (SNX2, GOLT1B, AP4E1). Here, RASSF4 is linked to cancer.
