FN1 and neoplasm: The high amount of Fn DNA detected by ddPCR was associated with proximal tumor location (p = 0.04), poorly differentiated histologically tumors (p = 0.02), MSI-high status (p < 0.001), BRAF-mutated tumors (p = 0.003), and with the loss of expression of mismatch repair proteins MLH1 (p < 0.001), and PMS2 (p < 0.001) (Table 2).
