When analyzing 447 patients with available CA125 value, both postmenopausal status (OR = 3.57; 95% CI = 1.80–7.06; p < 0.001) and CA125 ≥ 35 U/mL (OR = 2.15; 95% CI = 1.15–4.03; p = 0.017) as well as hypertension (OR = 1.70; 95% CI = 1.00–2.87; p = 0.049) were found to be independent risk factors for finally diagnosed EC, after adjusting age, BMI, diabetes and FBG level (Table 2).
