Additional studies have reported that type I PRMT inhibitors synergize with inhibitors targeting PARP in TNBC [58] and lung cancer [59]; PRMT5 in leukemia, pancreatic, and lung cancer [19,60,61]; FLT3 kinase in leukemia [62,63]; or anti-PD-1/PD-L1 in various cancer types [64,65].
