FGFRL1 and neoplasm: The bioinformatics analysis of interactions between mouse-derived stromal and human PC3M tumor proteins using the CASTIN software [40] further indicated altered associations between the proteins regulating cell adhesion, bidirectional tumor stromal signaling, tumor growth, angiogenesis, and lymph angiogenesis in FGFRL1-KD versus control tumors, suggesting a fundamental rewiring of functional pathways and tumor–stromal contacts in xenografts.
