APOD and acute coronary syndrome: TNF-a increases in hypoxia condition [144,145], angiotensin II (AngII) type 1 receptor is overexpressed in high pressure [145], polygenic immunoglobulin receptor (pIgR), complement factor C5a (C5a) and cystatin C are upregulated in Acute Coronary syndrome [146] and Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A (C1QA) and Complement C5 (C5), Apolipoprotein D (APOD) and Apolipoprotein C-III (APOCC3) and Platelet glycoprotein Ib alpha chain (GP1BA) and platelet basic protein (PPBP) are associated with MI [138,144,147].
