To further identify the key innate immune signatures as checkpoints for breast cancer immunotherapy, based on the expression level of those 15 innate immune related signatures, the risk model was constructed through the univariate cox analysis and the Lasso regression analysis and identified 11 prognostic biomarkers in breast cancer, including ELANE, NRG1, CLEC6A, IDO1, PLK1, CXCL9, FREM1, IL12B, CFB, CRISP3 and IGHE. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and breast carcinoma.
