We selected the eleven cytokines that were significantly increased in cancer (GMCSF, IL-6, IL-1β, Rantes/CCL5, MIP1α, MIP1β, TNFα, MCP1/CCL2, IL-8, IL-12p40, IL10) and selected all the positive Pearson's correlations with r > 0.8 and significance of p < 0.01. The gene discussed is CCL5; the disease is cancer.
