RPL9 and hepatitis C virus infection: The enrichment analysis showed that the key genes were involved in 104 Gene Ontology (GO)-biological processes (BP) (Figure 4C), such as cellular response to interleukin-1 (involving RBX1) and response to interleukin-1 (involving RBX1), and 23 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways, including coronavirus disease (COVID-19) (involving RPL9 and RPL31), hepatitis C, influenza A, and ribosome (involving RPL9 and RPL31) (Figure 4D; Supplementary Files 3, 4).
