The results showed that the proportions of memory B cells, plasma cells, T cells CD4 memory activated, follicular helper T cells, Tregs, macrophages M1, and dendritic resting cells were significantly increased (p < 0.05) in tumor samples, while the CD4 memory resting T cells, resting NK cells, monocytes, macrophages M0, macrophages M2, activated dendritic cells, resting mast cells, eosinophils, and neutrophils were significantly decreased (p < 0.05, Supplementary Figure 2A). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
