The systematic reviews in 2018 and 2019 [14, 15] involving 24 trials and 18 trials, respectively, showed that CKI had a beneficial effect on improving the working status of patients with breast cancer, and the combination therapy also had a lower risk of adverse drug reactions (ADR) (such as neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, and nausea/vomiting).
