According to the results, EZF could regulate GIOP through several signaling pathways, such as PI3K-Akt, cancer, JAK-STAT, AGE-RAGE, HTLV-I infection, Hepatitis C, Epstein-Barr virus infection, ovarian steroidogenesis, C-type lectin receptor, FOXO, complement and coagulation cascades, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, insulin resistance, cushing syndrome, renal cell carcinoma, and microRNAs in cancer.
