No correlation was found between HSP110 expression (high versus low) and HSP110 T17 deletion (cut-off at 5 or 4 bp) with main patient characteristics (age, sex, and LS), histopathological features (pTNM stage, tumor site, perforation, initial tumor obstruction, T stage, grade, N stage, mucinous component, and VELIPI criteria), MMR immunohistochemistry, and BRAF mutation. Here, BRAF is linked to neoplasm.
