Next, we analyzed the survival value of these five genes using RNAs-seq data and clinical data from the TCGA cohort of breast cancer patients, and found that MILP, LRRN4CL, and DUOX2 had a significant survival relevance (log-rank test; p < 0.05), while GALNTL5 and HMCN2 had no survival value (log-rank test; p > 0.05; Figure5 F–J). This evidence concerns the gene DUOX2 and breast carcinoma.
