ABCG2 and breast carcinoma: Rhamnetin induces cell death by provoking apoptosis, suppresses cell migration by inhibiting EMT, reverses MDR by reducing P-gp and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) expression, and enhances the antitumor effects of sorafenib, etoposide, paclitaxel, irradiation via the miR-34a/Notch-1 and miR-148a/PXR axis in HCC (Jia et al., 2016; Li B. et al., 2021), breast cancer (Lan et al., 2019), and NSCLC (Kang et al., 2013).
