CAV1 and pancreatic neoplasm: circFARP1 functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-660-3p to increase the expression of LIF and synergistically enhances LIF secretion by directly binding with CAV1 to inhibit the degradation of CAV1 by blocking the interaction of CAV1 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase ZNRF1, thereby activating the STAT3 signaling pathway in pancreatic cancer cells to induce GEM resistance in PDAC.
