As shown in Fig. 7a, enrichment analysis indicated that hsa05150 (Staphylococcus aureus infection) was the pathway most strongly associated with the high S100A2 expression group, while hsa04657 (IL-17 signaling pathway) and hsa04915 (estrogen signaling pathway) were also found to be associated with the role of S100A2 in endometrial carcinoma.
