Subsequently, we selected S100A2 from the S100 family members and evaluated the correlations between S100A2 expression and clinical characteristics in endometrial carcinoma patients, and sought to determine the biological pathways related to S100A2 using Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis. The gene discussed is S100A1; the disease is endometrial carcinoma.
