Among the 21 family members, 11 (S100A2, S100A7, S100A7A, S100A8, S100A9, S100A10, S100A11, S100A12, S100A14, S100G and S100P) were found to be significantly highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma tissue and 10 (S100A1, S100A2, S100A5, S100A6, S100A7A, S100A7, S100A8, S100A9, S10014 and S100Z) were significantly correlated with OS in all patients with endometrial carcinoma (Fig. 1a, b). The gene discussed is S100A12; the disease is endometrial carcinoma.
