Lectin galactoside-binding soluble 3 binding protein (LGALS3BP), also known as 90 K or Mac-2 BP, is over-expressed in many cancers, such as prostate, colorectal and lung cancer [11–13], and has been reported to play important role in tumor metastatic processes, and is associated with low survival rate in human cancers [12]. This evidence concerns the gene LGALS3BP and lung carcinoma.
