The NF-κB family, comprised of five members: NF-κB1 (p50), NF-κB2 (p52), c-Rel, RelA (p65), and RelB, is a well-known transcription factor family which regulates a large number of target genes and plays crucial roles in cancers including GC [6–8]. Here, NFKB1 is linked to gastric cancer.
