We first summarized the incidence of CNV (Fig. S3A) and found that the frequency of copy number gain of genes such as PUF60, ILF60, PRPF3, TSNAX, RBM34, and SF3B3 exceeded 50% in the TCGA-LIHC dataset (370 patients), which may partially explain why the mRNAs of these genes were highly expressed in HCC tissues. Here, TSNAX is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
