We expected to investigate the effects of NF-κB signaling and hypertension with hyperlipemia, so we first assumed the inflammatory effects of TLR-related protein molecules upstream of NF-κB signaling pathway, measured TLR2 levels in the three clinical specimens by ELISA, and found a significant increase in TLR2 levels in familial hypertension group and familial hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia group compared with those in the control group. This evidence concerns the gene TLR2 and Hypertension.
