To understand the mechanism of impaired angiogenesis with MG, the activities of the various angiogenesis factors, namely, VEGFA, p-VEGFR2 (951), VEGFR2, VEGFR1, HIF-1α, and NOTCH1 were tested in qRT-PCR, ELISA, and western blotting. This evidence concerns the gene FLT1 and myasthenia gravis.
