To understand the mechanism of impaired angiogenesis with MG, the activities of the various angiogenesis factors, namely, VEGFA, p-VEGFR2 (951), VEGFR2, VEGFR1, HIF-1α, and NOTCH1 were tested in qRT-PCR, ELISA, and western blotting. The gene discussed is HIF1A; the disease is myasthenia gravis.
