Lignitto et al. [11] and Wiel et al. [12] groups reported NRF2 activation in KrasG12D; p53flox/flox lung tumor mouse model can indirectly promote the stability of BACH1 via the inhibition of heme and at last induce the metastasis of lung cancer, which may be contributed by antioxidant treatment. This evidence concerns the gene BACH1 and lung carcinoma.
