This study elucidates the molecular docking and dynamic results between biochemical compounds taken from five different plants, namely, Tinospora cordifolia, Ocimum tenuiflorum, Podophyllum hexandrum, Andrographis paniculata, and Beta vulgaris, and two proteins, namely, human ERα (PDP Id: 2IOG) and HER4/ErbB4 (PDP Id: 3BBT), to propose a natural phytochemical compound which could potentially treat breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB4 and breast carcinoma.
