Post hoc analysis revealed that treatment with fingolimod significantly reduced the level of phosphorylated tau in the cortex (Veh: 138.2 ± 16.23, FTY: 53.15 ± 15.82; p = 0.0198, n = 4) and hippocampus (Veh: 215.9 ± 53.16, FTY: 55.44 ± 12.27; p = 0.0012, n = 6–7) of 3xTg-AD mice.
