In recent years, lncRNA dysregulation has emerged as a crucial process in the initiation and progression of cancer [9, 28], with lncRNA TRERNA1 having been shown to regulate transcriptional activity in a cis or trans manner to promote cell invasion and metastasis in breast cancer, HCC, and ependymoma [12, 14, 29]. This evidence concerns the gene TRERNA1 and ependymoma.
