Spike antigen–specific IgG and CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses were measured before and after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in a cohort of healthy control individuals (HCs; n = 13) and patients with MS (n = 67) across 6 different types of treatment: untreated, glatiramer acetate (GA), dimethyl fumarate (DMF), natalizumab (NTZ), S1P receptor modulators, and anti-CD20 mAbs. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
