PBC is an autoimmune disease characterized by non-suppurative inflammation of the bile duct, whose main clinical feature is intrahepatic cholestasis.[9] In this study, most of the patients showed obvious ALP and GGT abnormalities, as well as ALT and AST mild abnormalities, which were consistent with the characteristics of PBC patients. The gene discussed is GPT; the disease is intrahepatic cholestasis.
