CHGA and neuroendocrine carcinoma: Tumor is large (>4 cm), located anywhere in the stomach,[8,15,38] showing positive immunostaining with synaptophysin and cytosol markers NSE and PGP9.5, while chromogranin A is absent or focally expressed.[16,39] According to the recent WHO classification system, tumor is a NEC, with aggressive behaviour, vascular invasion, and metastases.[40]
