We first measured anxiety-like behaviors, and the results showed that mice from the maternal diabetic (STZ/WT) group buried a significantly reduced number of marbles during the marble-burying test (MBT) (see Fig. 5a) and spent less time in the Open Arm and more time in the Closed Arm in EPM tests compared to the control (CTL/WT) group (see Fig. 5b), while prenatal RORA deficiency (RORA−/−) had no effect on these behaviors.
