We first measured anxiety-like behaviors, and the results showed that mice from the maternal diabetic (STZ/P-VEH) group buried a significantly reduced number of marbles during the MBT (see Fig. 7a) and spent less time in the Open Arm and more time in the Closed Arm during the EPM tests compared to the control (CTL/P-VEH) group (see Fig. 7b); postnatal RORA manipulation had no effect on these behaviors.
