The results showed that the expression of RORA and CYP19A1 significantly decreased in both maternal diabetes (STZ/WT) and prenatal RORA deficiency treatments (including both CTL/RORA−/− and STZ/RORA−/− groups) compared to the control (CTL/WT) group, while SOD2 expression in the hippocampus showed no changes. Here, SOD2 is linked to diabetes mellitus.
