Coincidentally, logistic regression indicated that lower CHRDL1 expression levels were significantly associated with poor prognostic characteristics (Table 2), including LUAD patients with a larger tumor extent (OR=0.45, P<0.001), higher level of regional lymph node invasion (OR=0.57, P <0.003), advanced pathologic stage (OR=0.53, P <0.001), worse treatment effect (OR=0.64, P=0.047), poor cancer status (OR=0.63, P=0.018), and TP53 mutation (OR=0.49, P<0.001). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and cancer.
