Similarly, in the analysis of 1031 patients who did not develop HCC within 2 years and who were observed for more than 2 years, 34 patients developed HCC, and male sex (HR: 2.326), HA ≥75 ng/mL (HR: 4.085), EOT-AFP ≥5.3 ng/mL (HR: 4.272), and EOT-Alb <3.9 g/dL (HR: 2.352) were associated with HCC development (Table 5).
