Cells’ ability to respond to mechanical forces by activating specific signalling pathways allows them to adapt to changing environments. To investigate the effect of TE on Wnt/beta‐catenin signalling activation in KCs and LCs, we evaluated cellular localization of beta‐catenin in skin biopsies after one hour (Ex‐1h) and 24 h (Ex‐24h) of expansion (Figure 4A‐F). This evidence concerns the gene CTNNB1 and dry eye syndrome.
