Based on our GO and KEGG analysis results, various metabolic pathways, such as fatty acid derivative metabolic process, icosanoid metabolic process, icosanoid biosynthetic process, leukotriene biosynthetic/metabolic process, leukotriene D4 biosynthetic/metabolic process, arachidonic acid metabolism, linolenic acid metabolism, glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism, D-glutamine and D-glutamate metabolism, sulfur metabolism, and selenocompound metabolism, were significantly associated with TMPRSS2 in lung cancer (Figure 6). The gene discussed is TMPRSS2; the disease is lung carcinoma.
