The results demonstrated that expression of CRP in the serum of the thrombosis mice was significantly increased compared with normal mice (**P < 0.01), while expression of CRP in FGF-21 treated mice was decreased compared with the thrombosis mice in a dose-dependent manner, and expression of CRP in high dose FGF-21 treatment mice was significantly decreased (##P < 0.01) (Fig. 4a). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and deep vein thrombosis.
