Moreover, Kaplan–Meier analysis of 1302 breast cancer patients from Kaplan–Meier plotter dataset (http://kmplot.com/analysis) showed that RNF12 amplification was associated with a poor clinical outcome in lymph node-positive breast cancer but not in the lymph node-negative form, suggesting that high RNF12 levels are associated with worse prognosis in lymph node-positive cancers.
