Consistently, edaravone/GDNF combined treatment also protected ALS miMNs with the SOD1A4V mutation (Fig. 7E, neurite loss: 18% compared to 91%, p < 0.01), more effectively than their single treatment (neurite loss: 58 and 72% for GDNF and edaravone single treatment, respectively).
