To further understand how YES1 plays a role in cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer, we first demonstrated that YES1 was significantly highly expressed in both A2780-DDP and SKOV3-DDP cells by RT–qPCR and WB (Fig. 3A and B), which is consistent with the results of bioinformatics analysis (Fig. 2B). This evidence concerns the gene YES1 and ovarian carcinoma.
