Herein in the present work, we studied the capability of self-assembled amphiphilic PMs and mixed PMs based of pristine block copolymers of polyethyleneoxide-polypropyleneoxide (PEO-PPO) and their glycosylated derivatives [33,34,35,36,37], to improve the hydrosolubility and bioavailability of FNZ as possible candidate agent for the treatment of breast cancer. The gene discussed is FN1; the disease is breast cancer.
