NPPB and hydrops fetalis: Patients with a history of HF were characterized by higher levels of cardiac (NT-proBNP, troponin I) and inflammatory (leucocytes, procalcitonin, IL-6) biomarkers as well as higher potassium, urea, uric acid, bilirubin levels, and lower number of lymphocytes, hemoglobin concentration, and eGFR (see Table 3).
