The indications for these treatments were mostly cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome—CAPS (34.1%), including familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome—FCAS, neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disorder—NOMID and Muckle-Wells syndrome—MWS; familial Mediterranean fever—FMF (33.0%); and adult-onset Still’s disease—AOSD or systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis—SJIA (20.4%). Here, NLRP3 is linked to cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome.
