From these, two miRNAs (miR-133a-3p and miR-142-5p) were dysregulated into the same direction as in patients with MI (both upregulated) and one (miR-26a-5p) was dysregulated into opposite directions (upregulated after marathon with cTnT increase, but downregulated in MI) as shown in Table 5.
